[HELP!] PC Freeze with Lines and Dots

Hello HWC kors kors, can help me diagnose what problem as my PC freeze with lines and dots.

Earlier can boot into Windows and got freeze with this:

Now can't even boot up and freeze with this:

Is it most likely a GPU issue? GPU is Radeon 6800.

Most likely is GPU gone up lorry.

Borrow a card from friend to test or bring down to GS:
