HELP! PC NOT WORKING

Hi bros,

I need help with my PC.

It couldn't power on and PSU fan not spinning.
So I unplug everything and tried the jump start, PSU fan still not spinning.

I RMA the PSU and got a replacement and I forget to test it.
I refix everything in and it couldn't start....
So I tried the jump start again and it's not spinning...

Could it be the PSU I got is faulty again or other components is causing this issue?

Any bros with similar experience could advise me

My pc specs is same as my profile.

There's no ON switch on my PSU.
When everything installed, I hit the ON switch on my casing but nothing.

For jump start, I never do anything except using a paper clip to short the connector as taught.

Can you describe in more detail what happens when you push the power button? Do the power/disk activity LEDs on your case light up? Do the case fans spin?

Try taking out your GPU and booting with 1 stick of RAM. Check your mobo manual to see which slot should be populated first.

edit: Try CMOS reset as well (consult mobo manual). Make sure you disconnect all power before doing so.

When I push the on button.
LED on case never lit up.
Totally no sound no movement from PC including PSU.

That's y I suspect and try to jump start the PSU.
The service centre tried jump start and it doesn't work and RMA for me.

But after exchange the PSU still got the same issue, so I cannot confirm is it really so unlucky to get a faulty replacement because fan still not spinning or other component is causing it.

Maybe I will try taking out and install one by one later.

Can try disconnecting the psu from your whole setup and do the paper clip method and see. If it doesn't work, send to the rma place again.

But then again, service centre is supposed to test before passing it to you.

I had disconnected everything and did the paper clip test.
Fan not spinning.

I'm not sure whether they did the test before passing to me but when I collected, no testing was done in my presence.

is that atx 4 pin power cable connected to the mb?

Try removing everything, place the PSU somewhere safe and then try the paper clip method. Listen closely if u hear any soft "humming" sound or any other sound to tell u if it is at least receiving power.

Can try swapping out the power cord too, a bit weird that service center didn't do the test prior to passing on to customer
