palit gtx 560ti
SanDisk Extreme SSD 240gb
FSP aurum 500watts

felt laggy playing skyrim on ultra setting any advice what should i change?

Oc your cpu and get a new gpu, perhaps a gtx 760/770

easiest is to buy a better gpu or lower down your settings to high. I have no problem playing skyrim with that i5-2500k with 560ti. you gpu will be very hot if you oc. above 70.
