Help please, PC boot up error

Guys,

Any idea what went wrong? I just got this error 2 days ago. This only happen when i do boot up totally. This error dun pop up during restart. It happens what the PC is totally shut down (power off)
I did not make any changes on any setting in bios.

Any idea why??

motherboard battery died?

- First try to replace the battery on your motherboard and see if that fixed the problem.

- if you are EEE student and own a multi meter check the battery voltage.

What i google below:

Place the multimeter's contacts on the battery's poles – the red one against its side and the black one on the top. If the battery's voltage output is less than 2 V, purchase a new BIOS battery.

Not very sure leh.. maybe I go buy one and try.. the weird thing is the error only occurs when fully boot up when I off the power supply. It does not happen when restart of I shut down and boot up
