Help Please! PC on and off by itself

please help my PC once switched on kept turning and and off by itself within 3 seconds..I tried to Google for solution and so far I tried to replace cmos battery but to no avail..

any expert can assist? my CPU have this loud noise as well whenever the PC on itself...

so you switch on the PC, and then it will turn ON again, and then turn off? you need to describe the problem better...

Sounds like a boot loop. This can be due to a number of reasons. You mentioned a loud noise from the CPU. Do you mean the CPU fan?

Hi there,

You might want to try to change your CPU thermal paste. There are also other possibilities. Give it a try and update us here. Also check that your power switch from your pc is not stuck in there. Sometimes we tend to overlook the basics..
