HELP!! Power button wire came off, USB3 wire splitting.

So..I was trying to mount a HDD to my CM elite 120 when I noticed that one of two wire on the power button came off. That means I have to solder back ah? I got a soldering iron at home, but don't know which kind of solder to use.
And also my USB 3 cable..

Some of the wire got exposed and I can see some wire split. I don't know if the USB 3 is still working or not as I do not have any thing to test on yet.
Any advice?

I don't know anything about soldering ....

You can check your mobo bios whether it supports bootup by pressing keyboard or mouse .... Else, you can connect the reset button to your mobo to power up ....
