Spend more on the CPU as WoW is a really CPU intensive game.

Graphic requirement is pretty low, I'd assume anything above gtx 960 should be enough.

LOL Microsoft themselves are selling digital downloads of Windows 10 on their Microsoft Store that doesn't comes with COA or sealed bag DVD so are you implying they are selling illegal stuffs there?

The ones sold on Reddit were legitimate keys. Microsoft wouldn't even activate those keys if they were counterfeits from the beginning. They were probably gotten from bulk subsidised purchases that Microsoft didn't intend them to be sold to end users individually. Hence, restricting Reddit sales now.

Put it this way, those keys are in the gray market: neither totally legal nor outright illegal.

Buyers bear the associated risks. If Microsoft catches them, and blacklists them, buyers also cannot argue against it. The keys themselves are legit from Microsoft, but their reselling and redistribution are probably not permitted by Microsoft.
