I don’t mind monthly subscription or even a one time 1-2k license if it’s for Developer tool, but license for customer cost will be too high. Sorry I’m helping friends which operates small companies

Sorry if my questions or what ive said offended some of you.
I started of this project 10 years ago and been maintaining it
HTML front end with java servlet, it’s troublesome to have any change
I’m looking for a easier way to maintain since there are so many Low code or rad tools out there and things have change a lot since then
I haven’t been doing programming for years except for this
