[Help]Recommend a GPU

Please help! I'm quite clueless in tech gadgets.

Current 2.5yrs old RIG:
i5 760 2.8ghz quad core
Gigabyte P55A-UD3 motherboard
12gb ram
WD 640gb sata hdd
Seasonic M12-ll 620W PSU

My trusty GPU, MSI GTX460 hawk 1gb twin frozr II had one of it's wing(Fan) clipped):
Can you gurus please recommend me a gpu to replace.
Would hope the budget to be within $200-350(preferable under $300)

Also would like to know if [MSI N650GTX-Ti Twin Frozr III OC BE Graphics Card] = [MSI N650GTX-Ti 1GB/OC Hawk]?
If it is, then is this a good replacement for my old GTX460 and is it priced under $300?
Lastly, is there a big difference between [MSI GEFORCE GTX650 TI HAWK 1GB GDDR5] vs [MSI GEFORCE N560GTX 1GB GDDR5 TWIN FROZR II OC]?

Oh and it's for games like Starcraft 2 Battlefield 4 & FinalfantasyXIV. So with your recommendations, would I be able to play on ultra high graphic setting or not beyond medium setting?

Get the HD 7850, it's more worth the money than a GTX 650 ti boost, and it overclocks well too.

Oh, since next gen games are more catered towards AMD's Graphics core next (as next gen consoles are using AMD architecture), the HD 7850 will perform better than Nvdia's cards in the future.

Oh if you decide to get it, get the 2gb version.

At fuwell, sapphire hd 7850 2gb oc edition retails at $258, equivalent GTX 650ti twin frozr boost from MSI retails around $283

most bang for buck at this price/performance range is the 7870 Myst with your budget. Good card but downside is that it runs quite hot in 80+ deg range for the likes of BF3 and bioshock.
