[HELP] Recommend parts for DIY setup

Hi,

My 5-year old DIY PC died on me.Was told to get a total new setup by my peers.Not really much of a PC enthusiast so would like the experts here to recommend me a setup with a budget of around max 1.5k with some salvage parts.

These are the stuffs I "deciphered" from my receipt which I hoped can be salvaged
1. Asus Monitor 24" 2. Logitech Mouse & Keyboard 3. Transcend SSD 250gb 4. Seasonic PSU 750 Watts (should i buy a new one?) 5. Fractal Design R4 Casing (should i buy a new one?)

The purpose would be mainly for gaming and a little simple Photoshop

HDD: WD Blue 1TB ($72)

Prices quoted from PC theme or otherwise stated.

If you can bargain, go tradepac @ level 5 and I am sure you can squeeze this specs (minus gpu and os) into a price that fit your 1.5k budget.

I'm focusing quite a bit on aesthetic. If you can forgo aesthetic bling, then ya, 1.5k is no issue fitting in at all.

Your PSU is definitely more than enough for any rig.

More than 5 years old psu, if can get a new one. Unless you got like 7 or 10 years warranty, then reuse ba.
