my htpc as follow:
Intel Celeron G1610 + ASUS H61M-A/USB3
80gb hdd
odd
4gb raM
500w headway psu
NO GRaphic card
windows 7 proffessional

i using hdmi to hook to my tv as htpc.

i got issus here.
my pc keep on restart to bios..over and over again...what happen?

Things you can do:
1. Enter BIOS and cpu temperature
2. Remove memory, clean gold edges with eraser
3. Test with 1 pc of memory
4. Check CPU fan running?

Then it is not right already. Cpu on idle should bot exceed 48deg. Take out the heatsink and see if the thermal paste has dried up or something.

reboot upon entering windows? Overclock failure. Reset to default and try again. If need be, underclock and try

I did not overclock it...

After I reset everything I install windows 7 again
Then after that I restart then keep on restart

Suspect CPU HSF mounting is not done properly, as a result fail to get good contact with CPU surface.
