Item received but torn. Not sure if its torn during the delivery or ASOS send me defect item because the bag containing the item doesnt show any sign of defect.

How to do return to ASOS ah if the bag was not open nicely? Go to singpost and buy new bag? Or just use the ASOS one and use scotch tape around it? Will Singpost staff know what to do mah for returning to ASOS?

Appreciate any help given :)

I did a return using their bag with the printed return slip. You can email them for clarification, they responded rather quickly.

since you mentioned that your items show no signs of defect why don't you just save yourself all that trouble and keep them.

if you're still determined to return the items after inspection, just contact the asos customer rep. honestly, I have no idea why you'd think we can provide you with better advice here. gosh..
