<help> Samsung note cannot charge after software update. What to do?

From 50% to after the phone update become 10% then even if no apps running the phone battery keeps dropping and now stuck at 1% even though it is plugged into charger.

Shows that it is charging on the screen though

i also having same problem. Instead of ramming up during charge it drop till 0.
