Hi All, not sure if I correctly post here.
My monitor recently show this. Changed my cable but problem still exist. My GPU is around 5 years old

Any good and cheap GPU that can do medium to high settings on 1080p screen using my existing setup?

Assuming your right side specs if correct, remove your gpu and use your motherboard HDMI and check if you got output or not. If have, then gpu spoil.
