this morning i came to office,my charger was there but my braided USB C cable with a crayon shinchan usb port holder was missing

whats a tactful way to ask who stole my cable?now i cannot charge phone

or should i walk around office see who take

I said yes.He say maybe someone borrowed and return to wrong desk
