Haha. Name your doctor.
Did you ask him how long are you suppose to live with it? 2 years?

Just live with it seriously. Its too late for him to do anyt. He can only prescribe u parscetamol n inflammatory medicine which I doubt it will help.

Take 3g of EPA+DHA fish oil daily. N wear wrist wrap if u must lift.

It will heal slowly but no1 knows how long as it depends on your diet, lifestyle n your body ability to repair the damage.

If u r still feeling uncomfortable as it might lead to a serious problem in the future, go c aldrian?

Fyi, I screwed up both my wrists. Took 2yrs+ to fully heal. Went to sinseh to massage seem to lengthen the healing process. Best is to find scientific professional. The last thing u want to do is cause further irritation to your wrist inflammation.

TS - a simple grade 1 sprain will heal anything from a few weeks to about 3 months if you let your wrist have complete rest! My guess is that you kept on training with the injury - your wrist will not heal if you keep on training. You can go & see Aldrin but he won't be able to help you if you insist on training thru' an injury.

Please! Total rest until there's no more pain & is perfectly normal again. You can work your lower body using machines eg leg press & leg curls. And when you resume your upper body workout, start off light with machines - they put less stress on your wrist than free weights. Do this for 2 - 3 weeks and ensure that your wrist isn't any undue strain. Then slowly transition back to free weights. If at any time, the twitching returns, lay off completely until the wrist is pain free & back to normal.

Supplements - 3 to 4 grams of Omega 3 daily; 3 caps of Bromelain 3 times a day on an empty stomach.
