[HELP] SSD not booting up

Hi guys, recently my computer became unable to boot from my ssd. Even after selecting the ssd from the boot menu , it just states that replace boot media and press enter to continue. Could it be the ssd is spoilt ? It started only a few days back , like intermittently

My ssd is a corsair force 3 60gb

Try the following.

1. Change the SATA cable
2. Switch to a different SATA port.

Did that , seems to be the working fine now , although it might happen again

I had the same problem with my motherboard also failed to recognize my SSD, i just keep restarting, about 5-6 it will suddenly boot into windows.
