HELP! SYSTEM NOT SHUT DOWN

Hi bros, after long hours of gaming on the day, i shut down my system, monitor goes black screen, but all my RGB , mother / gpu / rgb strip and FANS still running.

only way to shut it down is when i press and hold the shutdown button.

My spec as per our right.

Kindly advise. :/

you never mentioned how is it now? normal already? or everytime also cannot shut down now?

leave it. sometimes take longer. alternatively hibernate

try in uefi bios> advanced,
either apm configuration> erp ready, set it to enabled(s4+s5)
or onboard device configuration> led lighting

one of those cud be it...
