Help to review itinerary

Hey all, will be heading over in May. Would appreciate some help in checking the feasibility of the itinerary.

Day 1 - 4 in Taipei
Day 5 noon train to Hualien, with half day driver tour
Day 6 driver up to Taroko - Cingjing
Day 7 Cingjing
Day 8 Morning bus to SML and FACV, then bus/cab to Taichung
Day 9 in Taichung

Not sure if there's time to drop by Puli on Day 7 or 8.

Day 5 can reached hualien by 10am and do the full day liao. Why bother with half a day?

Errr, not an early waker >_< , so wasn't sure if would be able to catch the train, hence the half day booking. Will definitely try though.

D6-D9 will rush like mad. Not sure if you can fully appreciate the scenery

Day 6 is mainly Taroko, ending in Cingjing. Route given by driver recommended here.

Day 7 is mainly Cingjing, and maybe Puli?

Day 8 mainly to drop by and take a look at SML. Was planning FACV to be optional.

Day 8 might be the most rushed? Would it be better to leave SML and FACV to next trip and zip straight to Taichung from Cingjing?

Day 5: Hualien needs at least a day and can include Taroko gorge in it..

Taroko is on Day 6.
