Hi all, i have a problem here.
i got this Crucial C300 SSD bought in 2011 from Bell. However, Bell is already non-existent today, and despite the Original Warranty sticker from Convergent on the box, Convergent says some vendors simply put the sticker on any product, even when they parallel import them in. They can't find my product serial number to cover under their warranty and advised me to liaise with Crucial.

Anyone encountered this before? Since I didn't purchase from Crucial and have no purchase/shipping date with them, how to do RMA with them?

You may contact Crucial USA for RMA, but do note you will have to pay for one way shipping to the states. For International RMA, it is recommended that you contact them via live chat or email first before proceeding.

You can also try your luck by contacting Micron SG, do give them a call and see how they may advise you for your case, but I'm not sure if they still handle RMA for their products locally.

it seems Micron doesn't do RMA...
but in any case, I noted that my SSD is working fine. I now think the problem may lie with my motherboard instead, since the system is kinda unstable.... :/

anyway, thanks again for your advice!
