Simply put, scared GPU maybe too long, cannot fit into your system without getting in the way of things like HDD bays, wires etc. Need to measure the clearance around the area of the PCI-E X16 slot from the rear part of the casing to any GPU obstruction. Best if you post a internal shot of your system to simplify explanations.

Also, you need to change your PSU, your stock 250W PSU can't be safely used to power a more powerful GPU as well.

OK, nevermind about the picture, does your casing have at least 210mm of free space for the GPU?

For the PSU, a FSP Aurum S 500W 80+ Gold PSU for $89 should do.

RAM:2GB x 2 1333mhz DDR3 kingston

Mobo: Foxconn H-I41-uATX(eton)

PSU: FSP Aurum S 500W 80+ Gold

More like the latest AAA games at Medium-High settings. Is still good enough for max settings in Sims, DOTA 2, most online games. Starcraft 2 would be at Medium-High due to the age of the CPU and limitations of the GPU in multiplayer games. (You must understand, the C2Q CPUs are relatively slow when compared to the Intel Core i5 CPUs and thus, don't expect too much when playing the latest AAA games or strategy games.)

Other than that, remember to check the GPU clearances in your case. 210mm should not be too hard for a OEM M-ATX casing like yours to meet after some tidying up with the PSU cables. If you have 210mm GPU clearances in your case, the GTX 660 can be easily fitted into your casing without much issues.

What you meant by that??
Nothing to lose sleep about. Even though your mobo uses a PCI-E 1.0 X16 slot which has about 4X less bandwidth than a modern PCI-E 3.0 X16 slot, PCI-E techonology is both forward and backward compatible and you can safely use a modern PCI-E 3.0 GPU in your PCI-E 1.0 X16 slot without any major adverse consequences and bottlenecks whatsoever.

So thats meant i can use latest GPU without problem right?
