HELP: volume became low after kitkat update.

Hi gurus,

Need some advice. After the update on my note 10.1 to 4.4.2, the volume became lower. Previously I was using the equalizer fx app and it works beautiful. After the update, it didnt work anymore.

I google for answers but couldn't get any hits.

Appreciate if anyone can help me out on this issue?
