Do some literature reviews first. I suppose, throughout your encounter with Management, you bound to pose certain questions on Management theories. No?
Depending on your background and interests, and the perspective you are adopting, you might come out with many different kind of research questions.
For example, do you agree that Maslow's theory still stands? Why and why not? How can it be improved, or is it no longer valid?
Or, do you think free market is efficient in organising and allocating resources? If so, is there any part of of an organisation that could act efficiently in organising and allocating resources like a free market. Is it feasible?
Or, you can come up with an empirical research too.
