Help! - Windows 10 Black Screen No Signal

Hi guys, recently it has been happening to me frequently.

After switching on my cpu, my monitor shows black screen and no signal.

I tried plugging and unplugging the monitor cable from the graphics card output slot then it will have signal, only happen sometimes (i dont know why)

now that i have signal again, how do i prevent it from happening again?? i have updated my driver software.

Could be your monitor too, how old is your monitor?

so there's issues with the PSU?

monitor is same age as all other components. probably about 3-4 years?

Try a spare monitor to start with. If problem persists, try PSU.

If monitor cold start got issue but fine when warm up, likely power circuitry got issue.

If your monitor supports other inputs like vga, use that instead? Cheaper than buying new psu if that solves your problem

no signal too. tried other outputs on MB.

This is a hardware issue, updating driver will not resolve the no display issue. Monitor is fine if display no input signal and goes to sleep mode when cold boot.

ah yes, exactly as you described! goes into sleep mode after switching on.

so its PSU problem right? any recommended PSU i should go for?

but is your pc still running? like fans and light still on?

Your PSU should be under warranty, bring it to Corbell for exchange.

its already past the warranty period. either that or i dont have the receipt since i bought thru a freelancer who helped me set up my pc. any recommendation for psu?

get superflower ledex 550w sliver.
