I was having problems while gaming so i decided to restart my com. For the first time ever i see a 'Windows is loading files'. The thing loads then i see blank screen. Then there is a greyish background with an oversized cursor. Ctrl alt del doesnt work, esc key doesnt work too. After a while startup repair runs but its taking a very long time searching for the problem. I used the power on/off button to restart and it says windows did not start properly. Gives me 2 options. Run system repair or start windows normally. But both options lead to the same thing again (windows is loading files then blank screen then oversized cursor). Also tried starting in safe mode but same thing! Anyone know what the problem is? And how to troubleshoot?
