I have currently in mind these specs with no OS, CD drive or HDD needed.
Anyone could recommend something with this specs for say $2k?

Suitable Motherboard + processor 3.4ghz
Gigabyte GTX 770 GDDR5-4GB 2xDVI/HDMI/DP OC WINDFORCE 3X Graphics Card
Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5-Inch SATA III SSD
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz
Casing + power supply

apparently there's a drop in price for gtx770 in the US and I suppose it should reflect soon in the prices here.

Still not as low. Currently gtx770 is going for $580++ $445 for r9 280x.
