Help with China itinerary

Hi everyone

I am stuck with choosing two China packages (with Beijing included) as below :
Which is better?

1. Singapore Online Tour Packages - ChanBrothers.com
2. Singapore Online Tour Packages - ChanBrothers.com

My guess would be the first one but still would like to get your suggestions. Don't ask me to go for free and easy because we are going for our first time and are not keen to research on our own.

Don't have which is better. What do you want to see and do?

Tianjin can be quite boring. Don't know about Chengde.

I feel Shanghai is a tad bit better for shopping (if shopping is on the agenda).

Since Beijing is in both itineraries, no need to comment about it.

I've been to all the places in the Beijing/Tianjin itinerary except for Chengde. Longqing Gorge is gorgeous. Which Great Wall are they bringing you to? Great Wall is awesome during winter. Have done skiing at Nanshan too. Anyway, which period you going? Those places in the Beijing/Tianjin itinerary can do on your own. All near to the metro stations, except for the Great Wall and Longqing Gorge and Nanshan. Pretty easy to DIY. Just follow their itinerary.

For the Bird Nest and National Aquatics Centre, take the metro to Olympic Sports Center.
The subway station has three underground exits, the north of which is the most prefect place to take a photo of Water Cube and Bird's Nest together.

For Wangfujing, take the metro to Wangfujing station.

Forbidden City, take the metro to Tiananmen Xi or Done and walk towards the Tiananmen Tower to enter the Forbidden City.

Temple of Heaven, take the metro to Tiantan Dongmen Station. Leave from Exit A and you'll find the East Gate of the Park.

Summer Palace, take the metro to Beigongmen Station (Beigongmen means the North Palace Gate); or get off at Xiyuan Station, get out of the station from Exit C2 (southwest exit) and walk west to the East Palace Gate. This one has to walk a bit.

Great Wall (Badaling) and Ming Tombs, buy a RMB100 day tour from the vendor/travel agent at the Wangfujing food street.

Longqing Gorge by public transport a bit troublesome for 1st timers. Can skip if you don't want to go.

I quite like Qianmen. Metro stop is Qianmen.

Tianjin can also skip. Spend more time in Beijing.

Never been to Suzhou. Was briefly in Hangzhou once or twice but hardly remember anything. I've spent more time in Shanghai but have not done the touristy stuff so can't comment on that either.

Been to Beijing countless times and heading back again twice this year! Can't wait!

March, April and May. Vacation and heading to Xi'an for the trip in April/May.

Wifi at most malls and restaurants. Ask the staff for password.

I don't use FB. VPN.

In this case, you better skip Beijing. Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou would probably be better for you.

We have changed our direction.

We will not go with tour group but free and easy and in Beijing. As I have1k travel voucher from Chan Brothers, we will buy our air tickets and hotel with them My dad has been to China before so he suggested free and easy, in April also. But just to ask, is there really no way for us to use wifi and facebook in Beijing? I mean buy sim card? VPN? What should we do?

For Great Wall tour, choose mutianyu over badaling. Don't forget to spend some time at yuan Ming yuan before heading down to summer palace

For SIM card I bought it from 3gsolutions n get them to send to my hotel.
