help with GPU

hey guys i am deciding between 2 of the GPUs and would like some help.
the 2 GPUs that i m looking at is Palit GTX 760 and MSI GTX 760
both are 760 but i want know which would you alll recommend!

used for gaming and videos

If I am not wrong, Palit warranty is 2 years.

PAlit is 2 years, MSI is 3 years.

Go for MSI if you have the money. The bundle with Seasonic m12ii 620w for $499 is good deal at tradepac.

The Palit, is good for its price. $355 and below. I bought it way below $355.
