Help with laptop

Hi, I have a Asus S551 laptop.
Recently I got the Blue Screen asking me to repair my PC. I believe the OS is corrupted. I tried to boot into a USB with a Windows 10 OS. After 5 mins of installing(spinning logo) the screen went black, but my laptop was still turned on.

I tried to boot the same usb onto my other laptop and it worked. Can I know what may be the problem?

Is it still under warranty? Most likely should be motherboard issue. If I am not wrong Asus S551 should have 2 years warranty, but be prepared because Asus service center service sucks. My friend's asus laptop with at least 6 months warranty they refused to repair saying it is invalid based on their system even when he brought down his invoice. End up complain and argue then they willing to repair..
