Help with Microsoft Access

Hi, I am not familiar with Microsoft Access, ie know how to input data and edit the table.

I am trying to create a form or report that will allow me to display the data of only one entry from the table. Can anybody give me a rough idea of how to do that? Thanks

What exactly do you need or want to know?

I don't think anyone here can help much if you don't have basic foundation in the SQL language (assumption on my part).
