Help with Microsoft Excel

Hello dear members of HWZ. I'm in need of serious help. I do not know how to use Vlookup.. and therefore I cant get started with my school work. How To Use VLOOKUP in Excel 2013 Is this link helpful? My lecturer says Vlookup is dam important. Can anyone recommend me any links or videos which is good for dummies? Especially for tablearray and rangelookup. Any form of help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
