Help with Mini ITX Build

Hi guys! I'm back again after 2 years!

A dear friend of mine is very into PUBG even though she suck at it. So I'm looking for a basic gaming rig with a budget of 1k-1.2k inclusive of monitors. Nothing fancy, we know nothing about water cooling or heat, etc. So as long as it runs games like Overwatch, PUBG, THE SIMS smoothly, we're good with that.

Looking to buy some of the parts from the states when I'm travelling in March, I hope the prices are cheaper over there? Probably from Amazon? But definitely buying the bigger and heavier parts in Singapore (maybe you guys can advise me what I can get from US and what I should get from SG?)

WE NEED IT AS SMALL AS POSSIBLE(my friend hardly have any space left in her room), and of course CHIO. So we're looking at Fractal Design Node 202 or CM Elite 110 for the case.

Here's what I have gathered so far with my limited knowledge.

Case: Fractal Design Node 202 / CM Elite 110
MB + CPU: ?
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB (Brand?)
RAM: 8GB (?)
SSD: 120GB will do
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
PSU: FPS Hyper K 500W 80+
CPU Fan: ?
OS: Carousell
Monitor: Dell SE2417H 23.7 (Okay with even smaller screen)

Good luck securing gpu. That's all I can say. 1.2k budget no longer able to build gtx 1060 6gb rig. Half a year late.

Also new stuff coming at feb/March. Some amd APU and Intel mobo. Dunno how will that fair and what's the price for it too.

I rmb there was an entire row at PCTheme! But I rmb getting my previous one on Lazada when there was a sale and it was much cheaper! So keep a look out.
