Help with my ki siao PC please

i5 4570 asrock b85m pro4.
g.skill 8gb ddr3 1600 cl11.
Leadtek gtx 760 oc 2gb.
Samsung 840 evo 120gb ssd. superflower hx 500w.

My Gtx spoil
I replace with a r9 380.

Funny thing start to happen.
If I surf net + play LOL ,sometime will hang.
Fps drop to 1 n hang .

If I play games only , nothing happen.

1. PSU spoil
2. Old motherboard, motherboard spoil
3. R9 faulty (hence sold to you)

I run on board gfx , no problem..

Quite likely the R9 is dead, yes.

Don't forget, it's a 2015 card. So it's 4 and a half years old, and for all you know the previous owner used it for mining 24x7 and now that it's faulty, resold to you

Check the fan speed and heatsink see got crack open after heated.
My HD 6770 faced such situations like this.
Heatsink fall off due to fan had failed.
