HELP WITH NEW PC!!!

I'm thinking about having a pc with my budget being ~2000 sgd. Any recommendations hardwarezone senpais and where can I get help for the building of pc since I'm a total noob for it *sighs*. Saw some tutorials on youtube for building a new pc and looks very complicated :/
