Hi guys im a PC building noob building my own PC for the first time. Planning for a budget ish PC than can do moderate gaming with a small budget of 800. Still in the parts choosing stage and need info on how to choose a motherboard that is right for me! Thanks a lot!!

2) What games are you looking to play and at what settings and res?
3) Any size restrictions?

are u going to build it urself?
also, what kind of games are u intending to play?
what's your current monitor?
too little info we need more info.
finally, are u comfortable with online shopping? a decent is only possible if u include online shopping as well.

read this then. for budget builds (which yours is), i can tell u that u can do with a h110m mobo. that's all.

Yup, includes a monitor, tho i realised my budget is not enough so can stretch to 900 ish. I don't think i have any size restriction, tho i prefer to keep it not too big. Intending to be able to play most games at min high setting with 60fps.

this will be very impossible to do tbh. depending on what game of course. dota2, cs:go no problem but if u want AAA games at high... i also want LMAO

this is overbudget by $100 but the i5-6500 is way better than the g4560.

but if u are really tight, swap out the i5-6500 for the g4560 and it will fit your budget. getting the asus h110m-a/m.2 with the g4560 from cybermind will cost u $196. that will definitely fit into your budget. from there, u can upgrade your casing further to something nicer.

may i know why are u so insistent on getting the msi h110i? is it because of space constraints?

a quote that i design for another guy but u can certainly tweak it to your liking. change the cpu to the g4560 as i mentioned in the quote. total is 413.

for gpu consider this:

u can consider reducing the ram to 8gb only to make it fit your 24in led monitor better.
