Help with new rig

Hi, just DIY-ed my own desktop but it won't boot, I am not sure what's wrong. Might be the PSU as when I received it there was a dent in it. How can I troubleshoot though. When I turn on the mains, my keyboard lights up.

Does any of the fans spin when you try to power on (press the power button)?

IF not are you sure the power switch is connected to the right place? can do the screwdriver test to short the power button pins to see if it will start up.

Yup should be correct. Plugged the 'Power SW' header onto the correct header on the mobo. But nothing happens when I try to power on.

Nope nothing happens when I short the start pins as well =(

Yup I did, plugged in both the 4+4 EPS and the 24 pin into mobo. For the 24 pin there is a 18 pin and a 10 pin, I need to plug both into PSU right?

Yes, and make sure you are using the cables that came with the PSU
