Help with OCBC Rights Issue

Hi all,
My mum bought her OCBC shares using CPF and would like to buy her rights using cash as her CPF may not have sufficient funds... is this possible?
or are we only allowed to use back CPF? how should we go about this?

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Easier solution is to sell off the nil paid rights shares. The proceed will go back to her CPF account. She got until 9 Sep to let go.

Ok. Think I got this resolved. Mum just passed me her OCBC Rights Issue letter today. Her CPF remaining stock is printed on it.
