Help with PC keep reboot on and off

Hello guys,
Been running into an issue with my custom build PC, it keeps on restarting on and off on it's own without showing anything on my monitor. I wonder is it because of overheating. What can I do to fix it? Suspect its the PSU but it was working fine till my com hang and this issue occur. You can look at my short video to see what I meant.

whats your part list?
how long have u exp this issues?

solutions :
1) check the power connections if there is any loose plug.
2) check if the power plug to every component esp on mobo have a cpu power and motherboard power.
3) try to remove your ram and clean the gold contac and reseat it.
4) try to remove your gpu and test it with your onboard gpu.

Here's my part list, sorry if its not in order

GPU: MSI GTX970 OC
RAM: Averxir core series DDR3 1600MHZ CL9 2x4GB (Blue LED)
SSD: samsung 850 evo 250gb
PSU: FSP Aurum S 600W 80+ Gold
CASE: Sharkoon T28 (Blue)
CPU+MB: Intel core i5-4460 MSI H97 PC MATE

FYI I bought all this part last yr arnd Nov, not sure what happen since these part looks quite new

Will try this tomorrow, thanks for the solution! Just happen this evening and I posted this straight away

Shutdown, unplug power cord and then remove ram to clean gold edges with eraser. If still no go, test 1 piece at a time.

Paper clip test is not the complete or foolproof test for PSU as my case with Seasonic PSU shown:
