Help with setting up external Aurasync LED Strips

I've been seriously considering getting a couple of aurasync capable RGB strips to attach externally to the back of my desk to add to the lighting effect. I am currently using the Z270E Asus mobo. Therefore I am facing a dilemma with a couple of questions:

1) I have done research on which type of cables are aura-sync capable and the one that seems to be most easily available in Singapore is the Deepcool RGB 350. These seem to come with 2 x 50cm strips which might not be enough so should I get 2 of these?

2) Are there extension cables that allow me to extend outwards so that I can cover the length of my table?

Can just go Sim Lim Towers to get those generic 5050RGB strip. Around 15 dollars for 2 meters? Used these for my asus mobo.

Just going to quote MAXIMUS_XXVIII here..

Went SLT level 3 back lane just now to look for 5050 RGB LED strip.

Shop name: Sunlight LED Pte Ltd #03-44 (Come up from escalator, walk straight and turn right)
- 1m without casing = $6
- 1m with casing = $7
- add connector = $1

Bought 2m with casing and connector for $15

The RGB LED strip came in the format (+12v, G, R, B) similar to the ASUS Aura header

Plugged the RGB LED strip into ASUS Aura header and it synchronized swee swee, no need extra adapter
