Help with upgrading parts

Looking to upgrade my PC.

Current parts I will reuse

• CPU Cooler: Noctua NH D15 (black version)
• PSU: MPG A1000G
• GPU: 4080 AUSU TUF
• Storage: CORSAIR Force MP510 NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 M.2 SSD 480GB (current my OS and drivers are on this)
  • XPG SX8200 Pro PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 Solid State Drive 1TB
  • Toshiba 4TB HDD 3.5 inch
• Networking: TP Link tx401 (realizedmy 4080 blocked all the available slots after I bought this -_-)

Need help to recommend the following parts:
CPU - prefer AMD because fanboy
MOBO - black color, ATX form factor
RAM
8TB HDD
Case - preferably black with a side window, with maximum airflow. Will also need at least 2 internal 3.5inch HDD (have at least 3TB of stuff that I plan to move to a new 8TB HDD)

Use case:

• Gaming - FF7 rebirth, horizon FW etc
• Movies
• Normal internet surfing

Currently using Prism+ ultrawide 1440p monitor - will also want to change this but that's not the focus for now. But open to suggestions though.

Overall budget for the new parts (exclude monitor): 1.5 - 1.8k

MOBO: GIGABYTE B850 Aorus Elite Wifi7 $340 (Amazon.sg)
RAM: Any DDR5 32GB CL30 kit at $130-150
CASE: Lian Li Lancool 216 Black($120)
OR Lian Li Lancool 217X Black($160)
(1350 if most expensive options are taken, the build can be optimized further)
HDD: I'm clueless on HDDs
