I just bought 1TB WD black int hdd. I plugged in my sata3 cable and power cable. However, I cannot see the WD hdd in my computer !!! Why????

I think you are supposed to format the new HDD first.

How to format??? I cannot see it in my computer. But i can see it in Device manager.
