I just bought a ipad frm teleco on contract on sat,then today the ipad start to gimme prob. I wonder i can go for a 1-1 exchange or they will tell me go apple and get a refurbish one?

If you got it from the telco, you can do the 1-1 from the telco or whatever their policy is.

My iPad Air was sent in for servicing yesterday. SingTel said they only do iPhone for warranty claims. So I have to bring it in to the Apple authorized service center.

Just an update... To my surprise, the replacement unit is not a refurbished/factory reconditioned one. It was a retail box (without the box of course) unit. I based it on the model number and I checked with Apple tech support (I contacted Apple for another issue) - the tech support guy confirmed it is not a refurb or reconditioned set. Strange, really.
