Help!!

Hi guys. I just got my new computer at tradepac. After assembling, the staff show me the stats, graphic card etc. after I got home, I plug in to my tv. It's not giving any signal. Tried HDMI, VGA. None was able to detect.

Please help

You plug into ports from that vertical panel or horizontal panel below it?

First, did you select the right input channel on your TV ? Try right click your desktop and select screen resolution. Do you see monitor 1 and 2 ?

And you connect to wrong place. You should be connecting to the ports on the HORIZONTAL panel which is your graphics card. Graphics port from motherboard vertical panel is from IGP, which has been automatically disabled with a graphics card installed.

I've tried using hdmi cable to connect it on the below port. Neither can work. I'm using samsung smart tv. Tried using lg tv also.

hdmi cable will never work on your gpu until finally install windows and adjust your screen resolution.. use the vga input or dvi-i input for it to work.
i had the same problem before
