Help!!!

Not Sure If this is the place to ask for help.

I've bought a Qnap TS251 recently for my office use. I've set-up everything accordingly to the manual. I can see this device as a computer from the network for 2 PCs running on windows 8 and 2 Mac PCs. I have another 2 PCs that is running on windows 7 which can't seem to see this device as a computer from the network.

Can anyone assist me on this?
