Im on the verge on mental breakdown, i cry by myself sometimes...

NS too hard for me...
I have social anxiety, scared of people and took some mc to not go to camp
Now im trying to do ns, my superior always shout at me vulgarities and infront of my unit ppl, to the point i cried infront of all my unit ppl, i feel really breathless already... My unit ppl must be judging me now, He also threatened to charge me and make me sign extra if i continue to take mc outside, but i have been having insomnias and they dont allow ppl to take mc outside, but i got it from imh, because they only allow me to report sick in camp, but everytime i see the mo he dont help me with anything, not even rest in sickbay, im getting scolded left right center from alot of enciks, he also threatened to remove my excuse stay in... Is this allowed?

After getting scolded and yelled at by my sir, tomorrow i have to go see csm... I will get scolded again and i srsly cant take it, what should i do? Nobody can help me in camp and i have nobody to talk to, my superior is prejudiced against me

Hey bro, take it easy. I'm also in the same boat too. When i first enlisted, I felt dam stressed. But after the first couple of days i felt better and slowly adjusted. If you really feel so bad, ask your parents come with u, tell them to help explain about your condition and you might get some leeway.

I'm not really sure too, you might need to call your superior and ask him for permission to have your parents speak to him. I don't think you would get into trouble for posting this ba... Afterall, you're anonymous(sort of) here, and you didnt post any specifics about your status. I have anxiety too, i know this feeling of overworrying about everything. Relax bro!!

Rather than making their way to camp physically ask them to call your boss?
if u don't reveal too much details, probably they can't figure or who you are. anyway is an alternate avenue to get directions on what to do

as long as your mo endorse your MC, and don't give you attend A, he can't charge you for malingering, but if he tells you not to report sick outside and u still do or if he ask u come back to endorse and u don't, he can charge you for insubordination

Attend C means like go home right, attend B is like light duties. Attend A means got nothing wrong with you hence you shouldn't even be reporting sick...

Nobody, i am pes e9l9 because of my condition, when i was bmt there was an apptment to see the psychiatrist one time, after that they gave me the appt card and the date is 4 month later
