Popping sounds heard from my monitor. And it kept flickering on and off at times. I am not sure what the cause is.
My monitor is ard 4 yrs old alr and it's a Dell 2311H.

Should I send it for repair? If not, then any alternative monitor to get for ard $300?

Get a new one, no point wasting money on repairing the old Dell.

4 years le. It lives beyond its worth le. Time for a change. Go for samsung S27D590 going at 328 free hdmi cable...

but i am looking for 23 inch only. the screen is quite big enough for me.

no point getting a 23" monitor which support up to 3840 X 2160 when your graphic card
can only go up to 1920.

1920 works ok for me as my eyes is pretty old. can't read small words without leaning in all the time. what i do on my 23 inch currently is to set my font settings to max and use the firefox to zoom in everytime i surf the net.

If you're fine with 23inch , go get Samsung S23C350H at 198. Not quite sure when promo will end.

For your convenience, go down to any Challenger Store courts harvey newstead and ask for that model. It will be priced at 198.If they do not have stocks u can make a trip down to sim lim level 4 to get it.There is stocks over there for sure.
