Hi guys, need help for a new PC.

As mentioned in the title, I am trying to get a better PC because I do want to record gameplay at a decent quality.

The game I'm playing is Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls. What would you recommend if I only had a budget of 600~700 bucks at most? (excluding keyboard, monitor and mouse, using HDMI TV)

If I'm not wrong, this game's requirements is not that high. Its definitely better if I could run current games even at low settings, cause you know, why not?

My current laptop is not capable of recording good quality footage with the game running at the same time, I have no idea why. The game runs smoothly, so I'm thinking it is most likely the GPU?

I can't spend too much on it right now. (mainly because I just started work and I do not want to spend all of it at one go)

I will upgrade the CPU down the line if it so happens I find another game that I love so much, but as of now this is the requirements I have to work with, any help?

What is inclusive in your budget? CPU and Motherboard only?

If you plan to be on max settings in the future, I would suggest investing slightly more on a PSU and case. In case you want to SLI/xfire in the future!
