Hi guys, need some help regarding getting around japan Tokyo!

hi i will be going japan on the 18-28Jun, and will arrive at Narita Airpot..
there seems to be few ways to get to the main city area.. i heard the best way to travel around downtown tokyo is the subway but when i visited the website there was a few kind of tickets. The link bellow shows the way to get around japan. but may i ask whats the difference between.

METRO PASS vs Tokyo Subway Ticket

may i ask whats the difference between this 2?

tokyo subway includes the toei subway line. whereas the tokyo metro does not include. how many days are u planning to stay in tokyo? if u are going to take more then 3 trips each day then it make good sense to get either one of the passes

Oic.. I am still in the stage of planning we will be going Osaka for 5-6 days and followed by Tokyo 4-5days Man I am having a headache haha planning the intinary for my friends D:
