Remove/uninstall the damn AVG antivirus, your friend caught the infamous Win7+AVG deadly combination (not all system suffered the same fate though).

BSOD should be much lesser after AVG uninstalled, run memtest to determine the health status of the memory module. Some dump point to memory corruption and random (wild pointer) process as the probably culprit to crashed the system.

hi. he did memtest no issues, reformatted. but still got bsod. apparently only when he play warframe then he get the bsod.

this is the bsod screen he took when he got the bsod. this is after his reformat.

edit: he also say when playing steam launched games he will get game crashes. so is it possible that this is the issue? http://www.tomshardware.com/news/STEAM-AMD-FX-Processors-BSOD-bios,15630.html

editedit: http://www.mediafire.com/download/cmhm30qz1kfhzup/060313-26426-01.dmp this is the latest dump file, if anyone needs it to check.

hi, need help please.

when you have a blue screen, start by googling what does the error no. mean

the google results for yr friend's problem seems to suggest hardware driver issues

try updating whatever hardware's driver you can find?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: fffffa0009356b90, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL

bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002f7fc5f, address which referenced memory

Looks to me like he's using a wrong/outdated driver for something.

Have him start up with minimal drivers, then slowly enable one by one until the problematic one is found.

Also try updating practically all the drivers in his computer... starting from those provided by his motherboard manufacturer.
