Well i had a friend who is HBP also but im not sure how high, he manage to downgrade to PES C for a few months before Up-pres again as he have intention to sign-on

I heard someone passed away in-camp from HBP before. We don't know whether it's severe or not. I doubt anyone here is saf mo to give you an answer. Go and see a specialist if you feel that you can't handle it during training.
